The successful candidate will have, at a minimum, a high school diploma. Credits toward an associate degree or having a college degree in the science field a plus. Industrial experience will be a definite plus. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Best Operating Procedures, Industrial Safety, possess the ability to learn quickly, be punctual, be able to lift up to 50lbs, work rotating shifts, work some weekends, work some holidays, and be able to work overtime as needed. The successful candidate will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. This is a fast paced food production environment which will include sanitation responsibilities, HMI operations, and familiarity with computers will be a plus.
